Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of placement, Monday through Friday (Eastern Time), unless a problem occurs.
Shipping is currently only available in the USA.
We make every effort to make the package as discreetly as possible.
Angry Dragon Vapors gives domestic customers the option to ship smaller items via First Class and larger items via Priority mail.
U.S. Customers:
Priority/Standard mail: 2-3 days after date of shipping depending on weather conditions and location.
First Class Mail: 2-8 days approximate delivery time.
Missing and Incorrect Items:
If you are missing or have one or more incorrect items in regards to your order, contact us at 770-891-0871 or send us an email with your order number here: Click Here To Email Us within 72 hours of order delivery. Please include a clear picture of the packing slip. Once your order has been reviewed, missing items will be shipped out. A return label will be provided for incorrectly shipped items if necessary.
Damaged in Transit:
If you receive your order with damaged items, you must contact us at 770-891-0871 or email us here: Click Here To Email Us within 36 hours of delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will reship the affected items. If you have not contacted us within 36 hours of delivery, a claim must be filed with the appropriate shipping courier.
